The upstairs tech lab at eCenter22 is where young people learn the skills that actually get them hired. Founded by Inoel Sackoor — a former high school teacher and real estate investor from Trinidad & Tobago — the Technology Center was built with one conviction: every kid deserves access to the tools and training that the digital economy demands. From game development and web design to coding bootcamps and data management, our programs teach practical, employable skills to youth across Berks, Schuylkill, and Montgomery counties who might not otherwise have access.

Over 100 children per week come through eCenter22 from three counties. The Technology Center is a core reason families keep coming back — these programs change trajectories.
Students learn the fundamentals of game design — from concept and storyboarding to coding mechanics and publishing. Using industry-standard tools, they build playable games and gain experience in an industry projected to exceed $300 billion globally.
Intensive, project-based sessions covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and beyond. Students build websites from scratch, learn version control, and understand how the internet actually works — skills that open doors whether they pursue tech careers or start their own businesses.
From organizing databases to understanding how businesses use data to make decisions, our data management track gives students a practical edge. Combined with computer literacy fundamentals, every student leaves eCenter22 more capable and confident with technology.
