eCenter22 Privacy Policy

Who operates this website
eCenter22 LLC operates ecenter22.com to provide information about its programs, activities and venue. Contact us at [email protected] or 22 New Holland Ave, Shillington, PA 19607 for website, inquiry or privacy questions.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. A phone number is optional. The general form is for adults and parents or guardians. Do not include identifying information about a child, payment-card details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive information. Contact the team about the appropriate separate process if an enrollment or other arrangement needs additional details.
The form does not provide file uploads, a customer account, a payment checkout or enrollment. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a place, enroll a participant or authorize a payment.
How we use inquiries
We use the information to understand and respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact-form details to marketing lists or reuse them for unrelated marketing. Messages are addressed to [email protected] and handled by the person responsible for that inbox. Hosting and email services process the message to operate the form and deliver it. We use Zoho Mail for email delivery.
A form confirmation means the mail service accepted the message for delivery. It does not guarantee Inbox placement, that a person has read it, or a booking. If the form reports an error or uncertain result, keep its reference and contact the team before repeatedly submitting the same message.
Technical information and website services
The website and its providers process connection and request information to serve pages and protect the form. This can include network addresses, requested resources, browser information, timestamps and errors. The form uses a short-lived first-party cookie and token. Separate security and duplicate-submission records contain request references, status, timestamps and hashed identifiers; hashing does not make these records anonymous.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. The reviewed public route includes Cloudflare Web Analytics and browser network-error reporting to Cloudflare. Pages also request typefaces from Google Fonts and icon resources from cdnjs. Those connections disclose ordinary request and connection information to the relevant provider. Social links open independent websites whose own practices apply. See the Cookie Policy for the reviewed configuration.
People authorized to answer inquiries or operate the website may access information needed for those tasks. The documented inquiry use does not authorize unrelated sharing or marketing.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary inquiry conversations remain available while they are being handled. Under the adopted manual procedure, resolved inquiries are reviewed weekly for deletion once their review date, 90 calendar days after resolution, has arrived. The review includes replies and copies in Sent and other folders. This is a manual process, not an automatic permanent-purge guarantee on day 90.
Deleting a message from the active mailbox can leave it in Trash and in the provider’s recovery systems for a further period. Separate technical records and any covered backup copies have their own retention behavior. Retained backup copies do not currently have a fixed deletion period, so mailbox deletion does not remove every backup copy at the same time. A separate service record requires its own documented purpose and retention decision; the inquiry rule does not create an indefinite exception.
Privacy questions and requests
Email [email protected] to ask about information you supplied or request a correction or deletion. We may need enough information to identify the inquiry and verify the request. Do not send identity documents or sensitive details unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
When this policy is updated, the publication date will identify the current version. Changes to collection, purposes, recipients or retention must be reflected in the policy before the changed practice is introduced.
