Where curiosity meets code — building tomorrow's innovators today.
Upstairs at eCenter22, the technology department is where young minds discover what they're capable of. Founded by Inoel Sackoor — a former high school teacher who understands firsthand how the right environment changes a student's trajectory — our STEAM/STEM programs bring coding, robotics, web development, and data management to underserved youth across Berks, Schuylkill, and Montgomery counties. Through partnerships with local schools and a hands-on learning approach, we're closing the digital divide one student at a time.
Why It Matters
No textbooks and lectures here. Students build real projects — websites, robots, games — from day one. Learning by doing is the eCenter22 way.
Many kids in our community lack access to technology at home. Our upstairs tech lab provides the equipment, instruction, and mentorship they need to compete.
We work with local schools across three counties to extend STEM education beyond the classroom, reinforcing what students learn during the school day.
eCenter22's mission merges education with sports to create healthy minds. Students who play on the court downstairs also code upstairs — building well-rounded futures.
Students learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python through project-based curricula. They build real websites and applications, gaining skills that translate directly to careers in tech.
Hands-on robotics workshops where students design, build, and program robots. These sessions develop problem-solving skills, spatial reasoning, and an understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
From spreadsheets to databases, students learn how data drives decisions in the real world. Our data management track prepares youth for the information economy with practical, employable skills.
